Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

  • PayPal: fitcasepro  primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.
  • Secure credit card payment:  We can also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

In which currency will I be charged?

All our transactions are processed in EUR. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your chosen currency, depending on the website you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4 payment option?

We accept 3-way payment.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at our Support Center. 

Please note that we can help you change your order before it ships.

Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email is in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
